VIPRA ROSSO UMBRIA IGT

Vipra Rosso is named after the noble Monaldeschi della Vipera family, from Orvieto, in Umbria. Indigenous and international grapes are fermented separately in stainless steel. After malolactic fermentation, part of the wine ages for 8 to 12 months in French oak barrels. The colour is intense ruby red, with vibrant aromas, fruity notes perfectly combined with spicy notes, and a velvety and balanced flavour.
