Anfosso's Giardiniera in Agrodolce is a preserve that should not be missing from your pantry. Juicy and crunchy bell peppers, cauliflower, fennel, carrots, and celery, in varying portions, are cooked in wine vinegar, which gives them that classic sweet and sour taste.
Try it as an accompaniment to grilled meats and fish or cold starters.
