VERDICCHIO DEI CASTELLI DI JESI CLASSIC DOC

Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi is an intense and aromatic white wine from the Marche region. The "Classico" designation is reserved for the historic production area, located between the slopes of the Apennines and the Adriatic Sea.

Straw-yellow in color, the aroma is floral, with notes of citrus. On the palate, it is fresh and mineral, with good acidity and a citrus finish.

Ideal for accompanying all types of appetizers, it also pairs perfectly with fish dishes and white meats.

Origin: Marche. The soils are loamy-clayey, deep, and relatively cool. There are large temperature variations between day and night.
