Puglian chilli taralli are made with locally sourced flour and olive oil, wine and natural yeast, following the original recipe. Unlike many baked goods on the market, they contain neither lard nor palm oil.
These taralli have been carefully prepared with high-quality ingredients, whose flavour and aroma harmoniously combine with the traditional spices used in the Apulian recipe. Thanks to their artisanal processing, they retain the authentic and genuine taste that distinguishes the gastronomy of the Apulian lands.

Ingredients: "00" type soft wheat flour, white wine (contains sulphites), high oleic sunflower oil, salt, chilli, 2% extra virgin olive oil.
