CLASSIC TARALLI FIORE DI PUGLIA

Fiore di Puglia's Taralli are made with locally sourced flour and olive oil, wine, and natural yeast, following the original recipe. Unlike many baked goods available on the market, they contain no lard or palm oil.

These taralli have been carefully prepared with high-quality ingredients, whose flavour and aroma harmonise with the traditional spices used in the Apulian recipe. Thanks to their artisanal processing, they retain the authentic and genuine taste that distinguishes the cuisine of the Apulian lands.

These taralli are ideal as an aperitif, but can be enjoyed at any time of day, plain or accompanied. Their versatility makes them suitable for serving on different occasions, from an informal dinner to a table set for a special event.

Ingredients: "00" type soft wheat flour, white wine (contains sulphites), high oleic sunflower oil, salt, and extra virgin olive oil (2%).
