SYRAH IGT TERRE SICILIANE - ILLUSTRATED SICILY

Tasting notes: it presents itself as dark red, releasing intense aromas of black fruits and licorice. On the palate, it is harmonious with aromatic persistence. Consume immediately or store for a period of 3 to 5 years.

Food pairing: it is ideal to accompany spicy dishes, stews, roasts, and aged cheeses.

Year: 2023

Vinification: after destemming and controlled thermal maceration (25°C), it remains for 12 days in contact with the skins. After racking, malolactic fermentation takes place in steel vats. Aged in barrels for about 6 months. After bottling, it ages in the bottle for 3 months at a controlled temperature.
