SYRAH IGT TERRE SICILIANE - BARONE DI BERNAJ

Tasting notes: dark red, releases intense aromas of black fruits and liquorice. On the palate, it is harmonious with aromatic persistence. Drink immediately or age for 3 to 5 years.

Food pairing: ideal with spicy dishes, stews, roasts and mature cheeses.

Year: 2023

Winemaking: after destemming and controlled thermal maceration (27°C), it remains in contact with the skins for 12 days. After racking, complete malolactic fermentation is carried out in a steel tank. Aged in barrels for about 8 months. After bottling, it ages in the bottle for 3 months.
