Le Veneziane pasta, produced by Molino di Ferro (in Vedelago, Veneto), is specially formulated for people suffering from gluten intolerance (coeliac disease). It is also lactose and egg-free.

Ingredients: corn flour, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids of plant origin.

Cooking time: 6 to 7 minutes.
