CRISPS PAPRIKA

In the early 1990s, in Ardauli (a small town in the province of Oristano, Sardinia), Guttiau created a new snack using traditional methods, Su Guttiau: it is the traditional Carasau bread of shepherds, adapted to the needs and tastes of our times, genuine, tasty and irresistible, at any time of day. Natural and quality ingredients, without added colourings or preservatives.

In this variant, the strength and intensity of paprika combine perfectly with the crunchiness and flavour of Sardinian durum wheat. The result is an appetizer that can precede dinner or liven up a get-together with friends late into the night.

Guttiau

Su Guttiau was Guttiau's first successful experiment with an age-old recipe. A modern product, very popular with younger people, with natural and quality ingredients. In 2018, Guttiau acquired a new, larger factory and reinforced its investments in research and development, quality and logistics. New recipes come to life, expanding the offer, namely Sardinian pasta, following artisanal production methods.
