In the early 1990s, in Ardauli (a small town in the province of Oristano, Sardinia), Guttiau created a new snack using traditional methods, Su Guttiau: it is the traditional Carasau shepherd's bread, adapted to the needs and tastes of our times, genuine, tasty and irresistible, at any time of day. Natural and quality ingredients, with no added colourings or preservatives.

Guttiau
Su Guttiau was Guttiau's first successful experiment with an ancient recipe. A modern product, very popular among young people, with natural and quality ingredients. In 2018, Guttiau acquired a new, larger factory and increased investment in research and development, quality, and logistics. New recipes are brought to life, expanding the offering, especially Sardinian pasta, following artisanal production methods.
