SAUVIGNON BLANC TRENTINO DOC MASTRI VERNACOLI

Pale golden yellow in colour, it has a characteristic aroma of sage and elderflower. On the palate, it is dry and delicate, with a delightful touch of acidity.

It pairs very well with white meats, vegetarian dishes, pasta salads, and delicately flavoured fish dishes.

Origin: Trentino Alto-Adige, Trentino. The vineyards are located on medium-to-high slopes, mainly in the Valley of Lakes, but also in the Adige Valley.
