Anfosso's Walnut Sauce is a traditional Ligurian condiment for pasta dishes made with walnuts, olive oil, and Grana Padano cheese. Prepared with carefully selected, high-quality ingredients, it is used in various traditional Ligurian pasta dishes such as pansotti, fresh pasta similar to ravioli, filled with ricotta, herbs and basil, croxetti and trofie. It can also be used to garnish bruschette and crostini.
About Olio Anfosso
