Straw yellow in colour, the aroma is delicate and well-defined, with notes of wild flowers, aromatic herbs, and grapefruit. On the palate, the pleasant and fine acidity stands out, accompanied by a fresh and elegant body.
It pairs well with cold appetizers, sweet and sour sauces, soups, especially creamy ones, and vegetable and fish-based starters.
