Granada red in colour, tending towards purple, the aroma is intense and distinct, with fruity notes of cherry and blackberry. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with a pleasantly bitter aftertaste.

Suitable for tasty appetisers and vegetable soups, excellent with beef, goat, lamb, liver and chicken.
