PRINCIPE DI GRANATEY NERO D'AVOLA DOC SICILIA

Full-bodied, intense, and full of personality. A wine that highlights the varietal characteristics of the Nero d'Avola grape.

Tasting notes: of a bright and impenetrable ruby red colour, the nose is decisive and intense: notes of red fruits and black cherry are perceived, complemented by the pleasant lightness of spices. On the palate, it is direct and well-structured. The soft tannins are smooth and pleasant, perfectly complementing the fruity notes.

Food pairing: ideal as an aperitif, with cured meats and cheeses. Also pairs well with meats.

Winemaking: The grapes are monitored and harvested only at the ideal point of ripeness; they are delicately pressed and fermented with the skins for two weeks at a controlled temperature of 26-28°C. Subsequently, the wine ages and matures in stainless steel tanks until bottling.

Serving temperature: should be served between 15°C and 17°C
