PRINCIPE DI GRANATEY LUCIDO IGT TERRE SICILIANE

This Lucido from Sicilian producer Principe di Granatey is a wine with personality, intense aroma and true to the varietal characteristics of one of the indigenous grape varieties that best symbolizes Western Sicily, grown on high hills.

Tasting notes: bright straw yellow with greenish reflections. The aroma is intense, with notes of white peach and melon mingling with hints of jasmine and orange blossom. On the palate, it is dry and balanced. The rich flavor enhances the aromatic bouquet, and the finish is long and intense.

Food pairing: appetizers, first and second courses based on fish or seafood, but can also accompany white meats.

Winemaking: After harvesting, the bunches are gently pressed and the must undergoes static clarification. Fermentation occurs at 16° C and the wine ages in stainless steel tanks for about five months.
