Pesto Rosso with Genovese Basil PDO is an alternative to traditional Genovese Pesto, distinguished by the presence of Italian tomato (fresh and dried) and a smaller amount of olive oil. The ingredients are of exceptional quality: Italian tomato (43%), Extra Virgin Olive Oil (23%), Genovese Basil PDO (12%), dried tomatoes (5%), pine nuts, Grana Padano cheese, garlic, and salt. It is gluten-free.

This Mediterranean-flavored pesto rosso can enhance fresh pasta or be used as an appetizer on crostini and bruschetta.
