Genoese pesto is, deservedly, legendary. In Anfosso's Pesto with Basilico Genovese DOP, the ingredients are of absolutely exceptional quality: Extra Virgin Olive Oil (57%), Genovese DOP Basil (20%), pine nuts, cashews, Grana Padano cheese, and salt (garlic is omitted in this recipe). It is gluten-free.

In addition to Trofie al Pesto, one of the most famous dishes in Ligurian cuisine, you can try Anfosso's pesto in other pasta dishes such as Gnocchi di patate al pesto, Spaghetti al pesto con pomodorini e burrata, or Spaghetti con pomodorini secchi e gamberetti, among others.
