Genovese pesto is, deservedly, legendary. In this Pesto with Basilico Genovese DOP from Anfosso, the ingredients are of absolutely exceptional quality: extra virgin olive oil (57%), Genovese DOP basil (20%), pine nuts, cashews, Grana Padano cheese, garlic and salt. It is gluten-free.
Besides Trofie al Pesto, one of the most famous dishes in Ligurian cuisine, you can try Anfosso's pesto in other pasta dishes such as Gnocchi di patate al pesto, Spaghetti al pesto con pomodorini e burrata or Spaghetti con pomodorini secchi e gamberetti, among others.
