Made from Zibibbo grapes (also known as Muscat of Alexandria) grown as bush vines in volcanic soil, it is an extraordinary dessert wine. Its aroma is intense, with distinct notes of candied fruit and citrus.

Tasting notes: It is golden yellow with amber reflections. The aroma is intense and moderately complex, with distinct notes of candied fruit, accompanied by sweet vanilla aromas and fresh citrus notes. On the palate, it is sweet, warm, and velvety, while maintaining the right amount of freshness.

Food pairing: This is an exceptional dessert wine, which you can enjoy with Sicilian biscuits or cannoli. It is a must-try with ricotta cheese, accompanied by honey and toasted pine nuts.

Origin: Isola di Pantelleria (Sicily). Volcanic soil, sandy and slightly clayey.

Grape varieties: Zibibbo (100%) cultivated on Pantelleria bush vines (UNESCO World Heritage Site).

Harvest: The harvest is manual, taking place between the third week of August and the second week of September.

Winemaking: Gentle pressing of the grapes, initiation of fermentation and addition of raisins, followed by fortification with neutral alcohol, which interrupts fermentation, preventing all the grape sugar from being converted into alcohol. Aged in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks for 5 months.

Serving temperature: Should be served between 12ºC and 14ºC
