This artisanal Panettone with salted caramel and dark chocolate is one of the most original creations of Loison's master confectioners.
Original and exclusive, it surprises with the perfect balance between sweet and salty. Its intense and vibrant flavour satisfies the most refined and demanding palates. The yellow and well-aerated dough is generously filled with salted caramel cream and decorated with raw single-origin dark chocolate and natural Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar. It is the result of 72 hours of artisanal work and natural fermentation, using sourdough. The basic ingredients are all fresh: eggs from free-range Italian hens, milk, cream, and butter.
Loison
Established in 1938 in the small municipality of Costabissara, in the province of Vicenza, Veneto region, Loison has based its development on the skillful combination of simplicity and a love for genuine products.
As Dario Loison points out, who, along with Sonia Pilla, represents the third generation at the helm of this family project, artisanal confectionery cannot be rushed. It takes time to masterfully enhance and combine delicate flavours, steeped in history. It is the art of transforming tradition into quality.
