The Classic Pandoro, produced by Maina for the Christmas season, stands out for its unique softness, sweet aroma, and velvety texture that melts in the mouth. It boasts a perfect golden hue that adds a special touch to festively decorated tables.
Ideal as a dessert, Maina Pandoro can be enjoyed plain or dusted with icing sugar. It pairs wonderfully with a cup of hot chocolate or a glass of Prosecco.
Maina was founded in Turin in 1968 by a family from Puglia, the Di Genaros, who were later joined by a Tuscan family, the Brandanis. In 1969, they bought an old convent in Fossano, in the province of Cuneo, Piedmont, where they set up their production unit, focusing on a limited but high-quality offering. Since the 1970s, they have had modern and expanded facilities located in Tagliata (on the outskirts of Fossano). When they celebrated half a century of existence, they began expansion works on the headquarters and production lines. A project by Gianni Arnaudo that completely transformed the company's image.
