Taggiasca olives in brine are an excellent Ligurian product and are among the most renowned in the world, not only for oil production but also as table olives. They are characterised by a sweet flavour and very low acidity, which confirms their excellent quality. They are excellent as an aperitif, on their own, although Ligurian culinary tradition offers numerous recipes in which Taggiasca olives are integrated. They go perfectly with meats (such as Sanremo-style rabbit stew or lamb with olives), as an accompaniment to fish (such as Levante-style cod) or roast beef.

 

Olio Anfosso

Since 1945, Olio Anfosso has been producing extra virgin olive oil in full respect of the tradition of Western Liguria. Its offer, of the highest quality, includes DOP Riviera Ligure - Riviera dei Fiori, Monocultivar Taggiasca and Tumaì extra virgin olive oils.
