Anfosso's 100% Italian Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is an exceptional extra virgin olive oil made from healthy, ripe Italian olive varieties (especially Taggiasca). It is produced using a continuous cycle mechanical processing method with cold pressing and in compliance with the strict rules of organic farming.

Organoleptic characteristics:

Golden yellow with light green nuances, its aroma is fine and harmonious, sweet with spicy notes. The flavour is smooth and complex, rich in delicate fruity tones. Bitterness and pungency are present and well-balanced.

Acidity: 0.3

Cultivar: Taggiasca and others

Origin: Chiusavecchia (Imperia), in the Liguria region.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat and light sources.
