Tasting notes: red in colour with garnet hues, intense, spicy, fruity, and vanilla aromas. On the palate, a good structure, lively and tannic character, austere and persistent. Drink immediately or keep for a period of 3 to 5 years.
Food pairing: pairs well with cheeses, cured meats, and roasts, ideal to accompany all snacks.

Vinification: after destemming and controlled thermal maceration (27°C), it remains in contact with the skins for 12 days. After racking, malolactic fermentation takes place in steel tanks. Aged in barrels for about 8 months. After bottling, it ages in the bottle for 3 months.
