Straw yellow in colour with greenish reflections, the aroma is delicate with floral and fruity notes. On the palate, it is fresh and aromatic, flavourful and balanced.

Pairs well with fish appetisers and semi-hard cheeses.

Origin: Pocenia, province of Udine, in the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region.
