This Orange Mostarda is prepared between January and February with cubed organic Sicilian oranges. The essential oils from the orange zest combined with the mustard enhance the bittersweet flavour of the oranges.
Ideal for accompanying strong cheeses, such as Gorgonzola, Provola Affumicata or Formaggio di Fossa, or cured meats, such as Coppa, Lardo or Pancetta, it can also be used in exquisite main courses like Tuna Tartare, Marinated Salmon or Smoked Herring.

Le Tamerici
Located in the small municipality of Bagnolo San Vito, Le Tamerici is a place where gastronomic tradition meets research and experimentation. Founded in 1991 by Paola Calciolari, it produces quality preserves, especially jams and mostardas. It rediscovers traditional ingredients from the province of Mantua (Lombardy region), long forgotten, such as the Campanina apple or white watermelon, and uses unusual vegetables and fruits for candied fruits, such as green tomato and pumpkin.
Le Tamerici combines an artisanal and niche spirit with the use of cutting-edge production technologies. The progressive expansion of the company has not compromised quality. The high standards of its production processes are proven by the achievement of two of the most important international quality certifications: IFS and BRC.
