The Sugo al ragù in extra virgin olive oil Anfosso is prepared according to the traditional Italian recipe using only exceptional quality ingredients, namely Italian tomatoes, beef, Barbera wine from Piedmont, onions, carrots, aromatic herbs, and superb Ligurian extra virgin olive oil.
About Olio Anfosso
Since 1945, Olio Anfosso has been producing extra virgin olive oil in full respect of the tradition of Western Liguria. Its offer, of the highest quality, includes the DOP Riviera Ligure - Riviera dei Fiori, Monocultivar Taggiasca, and Tumaì extra virgin olive oils.
