Anfosso's Sugo alla puttanesca in extra virgin olive oil is a typical Italian condiment, of Neapolitan origin, prepared with simple but intensely flavoured and characteristic ingredients. The sauce's base is composed of high-quality tomatoes and Ligurian extra virgin olive oil, enriched with black olives, capers, and anchovies, which give the sauce an irresistible flavour. A touch of chili pepper gives the sauce a slight spiciness, balancing the salty and sweet flavours.

Sugo alla Puttanesca is perfect for seasoning pasta, namely spaghetti or linguine, but it can also be used to enrich other preparations, such as meat or fish main courses. It is a tasty and fragrant sauce, ideal for those who enjoy the intense flavours of Mediterranean cuisine.
