Sugo ai funghi porcini in olio extra vergine is a flavourful Italian tomato-based sauce, enriched with tasty porcini mushrooms (Boletus Edulis), also known as king bolete mushrooms, emulsified in exceptional quality Anfosso extra virgin olive oil.
It is ideal for seasoning pasta and risottos or for enriching your ragouts, and can be used as an appetiser on crostini and bruschette.
