Sustainability, transparency, and valorisation of the territory have been the cornerstones of the Madaudo winery's production philosophy: extracting maximum quality from Sicily's fertile lands, highlighting the peculiarities of the vineyards, interpreting their characteristics, and applying them through different production techniques, from steel to wood, from sparkling wine production in autoclaves to refermentation in the bottle, thus enhancing the personality of each grape variety.
