In the Sorrento Peninsula, the production of lemon liqueur dates back to ancient times and is still carried out today using a processing system that preserves the traditional, artisanal methods of the region, handed down through generations.

The harvesting of Sorrento lemons is strictly done by hand to prevent damage to the fruit and precedes a series of processing operations. In fact, the infusion phase in very pure alcohol and beet sugar (without any additives, syrups, or sweeteners), the extraction of the peels from the containers (where the precious infusion remains), and bottling are carried out over a period of 4 to 7 days.

With an intense and bright yellow color, the aroma combines alcoholic notes with elegant citrus and fragrant lemon zest notes. The palate is velvety, with a perfect balance between freshness and sweetness. With excellent persistence, it presents a balanced and engaging finish.

Genuine, rich in aromas and fragrances of precious citrus essential oils, it is a Limoncello capable of brightening the warmest summer evenings.
