Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro DOC Secco is one of the most structured and complex versions of the Lambrusco family. It has a brilliant ruby red colour and inviting almond notes, and should be drunk at a higher temperature than the rosata version (between 12º and 14º C).
