It is a typical Italian brandy, made by steam distillation of vinaccia from Glera grapes (the pomace after the grapes have been pressed and squeezed), which is the Prosecco grape variety. Traditional and genuine, originating mainly from Veneto, it has a clear and crystalline colour and an intense, yet delicate flavour.

The Valdoglio Distillery
Founded in the early 1950s as a small artisanal family business, the Valdoglio Distillery transformed into an industrial company in every respect in just a decade. It is based in Roccafranca, Brescia province, in Lombardy.
