Le Veneziane pasta, produced by Molino di Ferro (in Vedelago, Veneto), is specially formulated for people with gluten intolerance (celiac disease). It is also lactose and egg-free.

Ingredients: corn flour, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids of vegetable origin.
