ETNA ROSATO DOC - ILLUSTRATED SICILY

Tasting notes: deep pink colour, it releases aromas
of fruit, forest, and fresh flowers. On the palate, it is harmonious and well-rounded, with good acidity. Drink immediately or keep for 2 to 3 years.

Food pairing: excellent as an aperitif, it pairs well with vegetables, fish, and all light and fresh dishes.

Origin: Randazzo, Catania, and Sambuca di Sicilia, Agrigento (Sicily)

Year: 2023

Winemaking: after destemming, the grapes undergo gentle pressing and static sedimentation at a controlled temperature. They remain for approximately 2 months in steel tanks on fine lees to enhance the characteristics of the vineyard. After bottling, they remain in the bottle for one year.
