Dolciamari are brittle biscuits and – as the name suggests – are neither sweet nor bitter. Their sweetness is contrasted with 100% pure chocolate, elements that balance each other in a biscuit with a strong chocolate flavour.

The Amari sisters only select the highest quality ingredients. They do not use margarine, preservatives, or colourings, but only genuine regional products such as Piedmontese hazelnuts, Carmignano dried fig jam, Tuscan chestnut flour, and pure butter obtained from the first churning of milk cream.

Founded in 2003 by sisters Lorella and Mariella Amari, in the small village of Carmignano, located in the Tuscan interior, Amari combines cultural heritage with the unique aromas and flavours of its region.

Lorella and Mariella's interest in the art of pastry evolved from a simple passion into a true profession. All products are made entirely by hand, in a combination of exclusivity and quality.
