Crema di carciofi in olio extra vergine di oliva is a cream made with 70% artichokes, highly prized in the Liguria region, and exceptionally high-quality Anfosso extra virgin olive oil.
Try it as a condiment for pasta or gnocchi or as an appetizer on crostini and bruschette.
About Olio Anfosso
Since 1945, Olio Anfosso has been producing extra virgin olive oil in full respect of the Western Ligurian tradition.
