A rosé that embodies the elegance and freshness of its name, Mabilia, an 11th-century Norman princess who lived in the lands of the Marquisate of Crotone.

Tasting notes: Crystalline, it displays a cherry color with ruby reflections. Aromas of black cherry and rose intensely rise in the nose and return with force on the palate.

Food pairing: pairs with white meats, appetizers, and fish soups.

Origin: Cirò Marina, Crotone, Calabria

Grape varieties: 100% Gaglioppo

Year: 2024

Winemaking: selection of the best grapes from the most suitable flat areas. After being hand-harvested, they macerate for 24 hours at controlled temperature,
to reveal the full aromatic potential of the

variety.

Alcohol content: 13%

Serving temperature: should be served between 10º and 12º C.
