Production follows the 10 rules of the Carta del Mulino, the Mulino Bianco standard created to guarantee product quality, support the work of farmers, and protect biodiversity. Mulino Bianco biscuits are also free from hydrogenated fats and artificial colours. They are also prepared without preservatives. The entire supply chain is ISCC Plus certified.
Ingredients: wheat flour 35.6%, sugar, vegetable fats and oils (sunflower, coconut, rapeseed, soy), cocoa 8.2%, glucose syrup, fresh eggs 2.3%*, fructose-glucose syrup, hazelnuts. Emulsifier: soy lecithin. Flavourings, raising agents (ammonium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate), salt. May contain traces of other nuts, mustard, sesame, and milk.
Palm oil-free.
