CHARDONNAY IGT TERRE SICILIANE - ILLUSTRATED SICILY

Tasting notes: It has a straw colour with golden reflections. It maintains aromas of ripe fruit, and on the palate, it is pleasantly mineral. To drink immediately or to keep for three to five years.

Food pairing: The right companion for appetisers, vegetables, fish dishes, and white meats.

Origin: Vittoria, Ragusa (Sicily)

Year: 2023

Vinification: Destemming, soft pressing, and static sedimentation at controlled temperature. Maturation for approximately 2 months in steel tanks on fine lees to enhance the characteristic notes of the vineyard. After bottling, the wine ages in the bottle for about a month at a controlled temperature.
