Tasting notes: It has a beautiful golden colour. It retains intense aromas of tropical fruits, vanilla and preserves. To drink now or keep for two to three years.

Year: 2023

Winemaking: Destemming, soft pressing and static sedimentation at controlled temperature. Maturation for approximately 2 months in steel tanks on fine lees to enhance the characteristic notes of the vineyard. After bottling, the wine ages in the bottle for about a month at a controlled temperature.

Serving temperature: 10 – 12°C
