AMARCORD GLUTEN-FREE BEER

Amarcord gluten-free contains the same ingredients as the producer's Lager: barley grown in the fertile soils of the Puglia and Basilicata regions of Italy, crystal-clear water from the Apennines, and whole hops.
The beer is produced with the same ingredients, then deglutenized by means of enzymes during fermentation and cold flocculation. This process keeps all the Lager's characteristics intact, reducing its gluten content well below the legal limit of 20 parts per million, as confirmed by laboratory tests. And that's why: the same appearance, taste, and aroma as the Lager!

Amarcord: proudly independent
When it started in 1997, Amarcord was one of the first independent breweries to establish itself in Italy. For this reason, it is considered a pioneer in the Italian brewing movement. Since its foundation, it has focused on quality, tradition, and creativity. Its founders chose a name that celebrates their home region: Amarcord is one of Federico Fellini's films, released in 1973, which portrays the life of a small coastal village in Northern Italy under fascist rule in the 1930s. The title evokes the expression a m'acord (I remember) used in the Emilia Romagna region, where Fellini is from.
Founded by the Bagli family, it is managed according to strict principles of authentic beer production and respect for the values of the region. Nestled between Romagna and the high Apennines of the Marche region, where the water is purest, its production unit has been located there since 2009.
