Amarcord Pilsner is a modern reinterpretation of the classic style, thanks to dry hopping. The recipe is simple: Pilsner malt and premium hops, crafted through a slow and patient production process.

Long fermentation at low temperature, long, cold maturation, and the addition of Spalter Select hops at the end of fermentation result in a fine and complex aromatic profile and a clean, refreshing taste with an explosion of hop aromas. It's impossible not to be won over by the quality and versatility of this flavorful low-alcohol beer.

Amarcord: proudly independent

When it started in 1997, Amarcord was one of the first independent breweries to establish itself in Italy. For this reason, it is considered a pioneer in the Italian craft beer movement. Since its foundation, it has focused on quality, tradition, and creativity. Its founders chose a name that celebrates their native region: Amarcord is one of Federico Fellini's films, released in 1973, which portrays life in a small coastal village in Northern Italy under fascist rule in the 1930s. The title evokes the expression a m'acord (I remember) used in the Emilia Romagna region, where Fellini was born.

Founded by the Bagli family, it is managed according to strict principles of authentic beer production and with respect for the values of the region. Nestled between Romagna and the high Apennines of the Marche region, where the water is purest, its production facility has been located there since 2009.
