ICHNUSA NON-FILTERED BEER

Ichnusa is an unfiltered, bottom-fermented lager, straw yellow in colour, with a compact head, a malty aroma, and moderately bitter, to be enjoyed at a temperature between 3° and 5°C.

With an ABV of 4.7%, it can be drunk on its own, with typical Sardinian bread and snacks like Guttiau, or paired with seafood and grilled fish.

Ingredients: water, barley malt, maize, and hops.
