Tasting notes: Straw-coloured, with strong citrus and orange blossom aromas. Excellent minerality, fresh, harmonious and spicy on the palate. To drink immediately or keep for two to three years.

Winemaking: Destemming, soft pressing and static sedimentation at controlled temperature. Matured for approximately 2 months in steel tanks on fine lees to enhance the characteristic notes of the vineyard. After bottling, it is aged in the bottle for about a month at controlled temperature.
