Carmignanino al Pistacchio is a particularly crumbly biscuit because it is made with rice flour, fresh butter, and fresh egg yolks from free-range chickens. In this pistachio variant, it is a soft, aromatic, and delicious biscuit.
The Amari sisters select only the highest quality ingredients. They do not use margarine, preservatives or colourings, but only genuine regional products such as Piedmontese hazelnuts, Carmignano dried fig jam, Tuscan chestnut flour and pure butter obtained from the first skimming of milk cream.
Amari: the expression of a lifestyle
Founded in 2003 by sisters Lorella and Mariella Amari, in the small village of Carmignano, located in the Tuscan hinterland, Amari combines cultural heritage with the unique aromas and flavours of its territory.
Lorella and Mariella's interest in the art of pastry evolved from a simple passion into a true profession. All products are made entirely by hand, in a combination of exclusivity and quality. Each creation by the Amari sisters represents the perfect fusion between a very careful selection of the best raw materials, an exclusively artisanal production process, and the great creativity of those who truly love this world.
The constant pursuit of excellence is Amari's driving force, a symbol of a passion that permeates the entire production process.
