The Amari sisters select only the highest quality ingredients. They do not use margarine, preservatives or colourings, but only genuine regional products such as Piedmontese hazelnuts, Carmignano dried fig jam, Tuscan chestnut flour and pure butter obtained from the first skimming of milk cream.

Founded in 2003 by sisters Lorella and Mariella Amari, in the small village of Carmignano, located in the Tuscan countryside, Amari combines cultural heritage with the unique aromas and flavours of its territory.

Lorella and Mariella's interest in the art of pastry making went from a simple passion to a real job. All products are made entirely by hand, in a combination of exclusivity and quality.
