CAPOVERO ROSATO IGT TERRE SICILIANE

Tasting notes: an intense pink, bouquet of red fruits and fresh flowers. It has a harmonious and round flavour with good acidity.

Food pairing: excellent as an aperitif, it pairs well with vegetables, fish, and all light and fresh dishes.

Origin: Western Sicily

Grape varieties: Nero d'Avola and Nerello Mascalese

Year: 2024

Winemaking: after destemming, the grapes are subjected to soft pressing and static settling at a controlled temperature. They remain for approximately 2 months in steel tanks on fine lees to enhance the characteristics of the vineyard. After bottling, they remain in the bottle for approximately one month at a controlled temperature.
