Tasting notes: pale yellow in colour, fresh and fruity aroma. It has a balanced body.

Vinification: after destemming, the grapes are softly pressed and statically decanted at a controlled temperature. They remain for approximately 2 months in steel tanks on fine lees to enhance the characteristics of the vineyard. After bottling, they remain in the bottle for approximately one month at a controlled temperature.
